BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Three teenagers, a 14-year-old and two 16-year-olds, were arrested and charged with third-degree grand larceny after a vehicle was allegedly stolen last month, according to Dunkirk police.
Police said the vehicle was stolen from the 700 block of Deer Street in Dunkirk around midnight on May 25. About two hours later, the Erie County Sheriff's Department located the vehicle in the Town of Brant. The suspects were identified and arraigned.
The older teens will appear in Youth Part County Court and the 14-year-old will appear at Family Court at a later date.
