FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 42-year-old wanted felon was arrested in Visalia by “Hope and Target” teams Wednesday, according to the Visalia Police Department.
Officials say officers from the Visalia Police Department’s Hope Team, with help from a Tulare County "Target" officer, arrested Seth Underwood near Santa Fe Street and Acequia Avenue.
Underwood, according to police, has been linked to several investigations involving drugs, guns, and property crimes.
After Underwood was arrested, officers say they found more than 40 grams of fentanyl, over 30 grams of methamphetamine, and other items tied to drug sales.
Underwood was arrested on multiple felony warrants and booked into the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
