FINDLAY, Ohio — Sheetz officials joined local, regional and state leaders Wednesday to highlight construction progress on a $169 million distribution and food manufacturing facility set to bring more than 700 jobs to the Findlay area over the next four to five years.

The convenience store chain said construction on the site began late last year and the facility is expected to open in 2026. Once operational, the center will support Sheetz’s growing footprint in Ohio, where the convenience store chain already operates more than 115 locations and employs over 3,400 people. The company said it is "expanding rapidly" in the Toledo, Columbus and Dayton markets.
