MINOT — I don't want to make too much of this new "Freedom League" that was launched Wednesday as a sort of political party within the North Dakota Republican Party.
Given the cast of characters involved, I'm not convinced it will accomplish much (in the 24 hours since announcing itself, the Freedom League's website hasn't reported a single donation), but the launch is a fascinating development in state politics.
