LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders will make another overseas trip in an effort to secure investment opportunities from corporations and defense companies.

Sanders made the announcement Thursday, noting that she visited the Paris Air Show in 2023 and the Farnborough in 2024. Her latest trip will last from June 14 to 19.

The governor will head to the Paris Air Show again to represent the state, but her trip will begin in Normandy to pay tribute to fallen soldiers a week after the 81st anniversary of D-Day.

After the Paris Air Show, where she will meet with aerospace and defense companies, Sanders will head to Switzerland to "discuss investing in Arkansas with several large corporations.
