A Duchesne County man was arrested on May 28th following local investigation of a cyber tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children taskforce. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, a KIK app account tied back to 24-year-old Allen Russell Miller had been used to share Child Sexual Abuse Material showing pre-pubescent children being raped, among other acts. Investigators were also able to locate a photograph that Miller had taken of himself which showed his face. The Statewide Information and Analysis Center was able to run facial recognition on the photograph and identify the individual as Allen Russell Miller of western Duchesne County.
