SEATTLE — One person was arrested and another is at large after a drive-by shooting in West Seattle Tuesday afternoon.
Around 11:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to reports of gunfire near the 4100 block of 25th Avenue Southwest. Officers found multiple shell casings and a car with a bullet hole.
During the investigation, officers watched video of a man running from the area. Officers said they believed the suspect, a 23-year-old man, was hiding in a nearby apartment.
That man was found and arrested for investigation for assault.
Investigators also found a black Audi sedan believed to be involved in the shooting. After getting a warrant, officers searched the car and found a handgun and a box of with ballistic-tipped ammunition .
