Contractors for the South Jersey Transportation Authority will install a second tolling gantry along the Atlantic City Expressway near Winslow Township on Thursday night as work continues on the road's cashless toll system.
The work, which will happen across the eastbound and westbound lanes near milepost 36, will start about 7 p.m. and finish by 5 a.m., the agency said.
Full closures are not expected in the area, although traffic may be slowed as equipment is put into place, the agency said.
The installation is part of work to create a faster, safer and more efficient tolling system, the authority said.
