WASHINGTON (TNND) — President Donald Trump is set to participate in a roundtable discussion with the Fraternal Order of Police at the White House on Thursday.
The discussion is set to begin at 4 p.m.
The Fraternal Order of Police is the largest organization of law enforcement officers, advocating for the well-being and safety of officers as well as the communities they serve.
In September 2024, the FOP endorsed Trump for president during his re-election campaign. Most recently, the FOP endorsed the president's 'One Big Beautiful Bill.'
The FOP supports the tax cuts outlined in the bill, specifically endorsing the deductions for overtime pay for Americans earning less than $160,000 and the increased deductions for state and local taxes.
