IONA — Games, food trucks, music and more are back for the summer, and one local city is inviting the community to come together and have a good time.

The city of Iona is putting on Family Game Night starting on Tuesday, June 10. It’s every other Tuesday (weather permitting) all summer long in the town square at Iona City Park, and it’s free. It’s from 6 to 8 p.m. and is sponsored by Colling Pest Solutions. Click here for more information on the specific dates.

“It’s a wholesome environment. Everyone can come together and just make some memories,” said city event coordinator Diana Estrada. “We have all ages come. I’ve seen infants all the way up to grandparents and great-grandparents.”

There are giant yard games along with jump ropes, frisbees and chalk.
