ATLANTA — No other city in the country is better for recent college grads than Atlanta, at least according to rankings recently published by the website CoworkingCafe .
Weighing factors such as unemployment rate for workers age 20-29, jobs for recent graduates and median income for graduates, Atlanta beat out every other large city surveyed (defined as those with populations of 400,000 or more; separate rankings were released for mid-size and small cities, as well).
"Atlanta remains competitive due to relatively stable affordability level metrics (less than 1% above the national average)," the website noted. "Atlanta’s appeal is further enhanced by its dynamic cultural scene and economic vitality."
