Nashville-based youth services organization Oasis Center has named Dr. LaRhonda Dingle Magras as its next president and CEO, effective July 7.

Magras replaces CEO Mark Dunkerly, who announced in January he would leave the nonprofit in June after a 15-year run.

Magras previously served as executive director at the Tennessee Food Bank Association. Her résumé also includes stints as CEO of YWCA Central Alabama, senior vice president of programs at YWCA of Nashville and Middle Tennessee, vice president of youth development at Martha O’Bryan Center and director of children and youth initiatives for the administration of former Nashville mayor Karl Dean.
