Political insiders are going scorched earth on former White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre after she announced the arrival of her new book , which details a “broken” Biden administration and the alleged “betrayal” of the former president by the Democratic Party.

More than two dozen former Biden officials told Axios that Jean-Pierre was a large part of the problem she’s said to describe in her upcoming book, titled “Independent: A Look Inside a Broken White House, Outside the Party Lines.”

One former White House official called the 50-year-old operative “one of the most ineffectual and unprepared people I’ve ever worked with.” They accused Jean-Pierre of not knowing “how to manage a team … or deliver a message,” and of creating “more problems than she solved.”
