Culture Fest is a day of celebration, education, and unity, embracing the theme "the color of inclusive care."

Event organizers say the event is dedicated to acknowledging barriers to health equity and celebrating and fostering inclusive care for all.

The event was held in the Hamilton parking deck until 5:00pm on Thursday.
