PRINCETON, WV (WVNS) -- Traffic was affected in part of Mercer County due to a car accident with reported entrapment.

According to Mercer County Dispatch, a car accident with reported entrapment resulted in a road closure on U.S. Route 460 in the Princeton area of Mercer County.

Mercer County Dispatch stated that the accident occurred on the Eastbound lanes of U.S. Route 460 Eastbound, resulting in a road closure just after East Martin Street, and causing traffic to back up west.

No additional information, such as any injuries, is unknown at this time.
