(WFRV) – Four-time NFL MVP and Super Bowl XLV MVP Aaron Rodgers reportedly plans to sign with the Pittsburgh Steelers, per NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport and The Associated Press. It will reportedly be a one-year deal.

Rapoport said Rodgers will arrive in Pittsburgh to sign with the team ahead of mandatory minicamps next week.

Rodgers was traded to the Big Apple after the 2022-23 NFL season and the Green Bay legend spent two tumultuous years with the New York Jets. Rodgers unfortunately tore his Achilles tendon four snaps into his Jets career in 2023; however, he came back in time for 2024-25.

In 2024, the former Packers quarterback and his new team struggled to meet high expectations, as off-the-field drama surrounded the team.
