A residential project once planned for Bellevue has now been listed for sale. According to a report from the Puget Sound Business Journal, Vulcan Real Estate has put on the market a site located at 200 105th Ave. NE that is entitled for a mixed-use development. CBRE’s Eli Hanacek, Mark Washington and Natalie Kasper are the brokers for the property.

Vulcan purchased the site, which consists of two parcels, in 2021 with plans for redevelopment in mind. The firm acquired the site for $25 million from a private seller associated with 12 Bellevue International LLC. Seattle-based Encore Architects was the designer for the project.
