Krispy Kreme's divesting of Forsyth County properties has continued with the selling of a former production plant for $9.65 million to a Texas commercial real estate group, according to a Forsyth County Register of Deeds filing Wednesday.

The 20.54-acre property at 3190 Centre Park Blvd. contains a 106,615-square-foot building. The property is located off Interstate 74/U.S. 311.

The buyer is AIC Income Fund III Centre Park LLC, an affiliate of AIC Industrial of Austin, Texas.

According to a AIC website post about the acquisition, the current building tenant specializes in equipment repair.
