Shenandoah County Library System now offers cardholders free admission to select fitness centers and arts and cultural spaces throughout the northern Shenandoah Valley.
“We’re super excited about it,” said library director Sandy Whitesides, noting that the library board is looking outward in the community for unique and creative opportunities. “We’re trying to be a connector in the community in the coming months, years.”
The program includes five passes for the Wellness and Activity Center in Woodstock (excluding classes), two family passes for the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley, two for Shenandoah Caverns and eight passes for Seven Bends State Park Adventure Backpacks — two at the main library branch and six at other community library locations.
