Harrisburg exploded offensively in their 15-0 win over O’Gorman to advance to the state semifinals. The Tigers made quick work of the Knights, scoring 15 runs in only three innings.
Harrisburg recorded five runs in the first inning, three in the second, and seven in the third. The Tigers tallied 14 total hits.
Anna Simunek and Jayci Olson each recorded a team-high three hits. Peyton LeFramboise added two hits. Simunek and LeFramboise led the Tigers in RBI with three each. Olson and Madelyn Ducheneaux each had two RBI.
Ducheneaux struck out five batters in three innings.
Harrisburg will face the winner of the Washington-Rapid City Stevens quarterfinal.
