The Dunkin’ at the Back Bay MBTA station has reopened after temporarily closing May 28 due to “gross unsanitary conditions.”

City inspectors reevaluated the store Tuesday and found no violations, according to a report from the Inspection Services Department (ISD). The city revoked the location’s permit to operate the week before after health inspectors discovered 18 violations.

Inspectors found pest problems, several instances of unsafe food storage and preparation, and general uncleanliness, according to an ISD report . Additionally, no manager was on site during the inspection, and none of the staff present seemed to be in charge.

The staff didn’t use gloves properly or wash their hands between tasks, but even if they had, there was no soap or paper towels at the lone handsink,
