KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Tennessee football head coach Josh Heupel and two standout former players have been included in the 2026 College Football Hall of Fame ballot, the National Football Foundation announced on Monday.

VFL greats Deon Grant and Larry Seivers join the Heupel on the 2026 ballot, which consists of 79 FBS players.

While Heupel is entering his fifth season leading the Volunteers, this marks the sixth straight year he has been listed on the ballot. He shattered multiple records as a quarterback at Oklahoma, leading the Sooners to a national title in 2000 and being voted a runner-up for the 2000 Heisman Trophy.
