DDG and Halle Bailey are taking their custody issues to court.

On June 4, lawyers for rapper DDG requested a temporary emergency order in Los Angeles Superior Court according to USA Today . The request from DDG's legal team reportedly asks the judge to prohibit the singer/actress from traveling to Italy with their 18-month-old son, Halo. DDG's lawyers are also requesting a domestic violence restraining order alleging that Bailey is an "imminent emotional and psychological risk,” according to PEOPLE .
