RUSTON, La. (KNOE) - The Louisiana State Police issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Ruston Police Department for Sidney Dent, 89.

LSP said Dent was discovered missing from his home on Zaphyr Lane in Ruston on June 5 at around 10 a.m.

Dent is described as a 6′2″, 280-pound black man with brown eyes and gray hair.

According to LSP, Dent has a medical condition that could make him disoriented.

LSP said it is unknown what Dent was last seen wearing, and he is believed to be traveling in a gold 2003 Mercedes E Class with license plate 706FEE.
