Joel Lilley, under the moniker, Kuddlybear, has released his sophomore effort, “The Permanent Now.”

No stranger to the area, the Saratoga Springs-based musician was in prior indie-rock outfits Dryer and the Sixfifteens. For the new record, Kuddlybear delivers a staggering 16-track collection of tunes that fall under an umbrella of ambient indie-rock flavor.
