OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma softball’s 2025 season may not have ended like the Sooners wanted, but Patty Gasso’s reloaded squad sure made some memories along the way.

“The amount of rebounded, like extra inning or last inning heroics and come-from-behind wins has been something incredible,” Gasso said Monday, after OU fell to Texas Tech in the Women’s College World Series semifinals.

There was the record comeback from a 6-1 deficit against Arkansas in the SEC Tournament. There was Ella Parker’s walk-off home run when the Sooners were down to their final out against Tennessee in the first round of the WCWS.
