"My initial thoughts while reading the script were, 'Boy this is a big swing,'" says Jay Duplass about the FX limited series Dying for Sex. "We are trying to tell maximum dramatic story with maximum hard comedy. I was daunted and excited by it. The tragic comedy stars Michelle Williams as Molly, a woman diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer who leaves her husband of 15 years (Duplass) to explore her sexuality. Duplass calls his character, Steve, a "soft villain," adding, "[Steve] isn’t a brash villain — it’s realistic.
