FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - An incredible amount of rain fell across a large chunk of Northeast Indiana last night and into the morning, with a broad area of 2-3″ north and west of Fort Wayne, with half an inch or less for other communities such as Decatur, Berne, and Van Wert!

Any rain chances over the next seven days look fairly scattered/spotty in comparison.

Friday could start with some patchy dense fog due to all the moisture as of late with cloudy skies expected into the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid 70s.

Saturday looks partly to mostly sunny, though a weak system will increase cloud cover in the late afternoon and evening, perhaps leading to scattered showers overnight Saturday into Sunday morning. A cold front is then expected to slide through the area overnight Sunday into
