A second suspect has been charged in the murder of a man last month south of Billings.

The suspect, a 14-year-old boy, pleaded not guilty in Yellowstone County District Court to deliberate homicide earlier this week. The teen, along with 32-year-old Justin Alexander Hosey allegedly restrained a man in his trailer and burned him alive.

The 14-year-old is currently under house arrest and being monitored by GPS, according to court documents. Because the suspect is underage, the Gazette is currently opting not to identify him.
