ROUND ROCK, Texas (KBTX) - One year ago, the Centerville baseball team was forced to watch the state championship game from the stands after dropping the semifinal game to Collinsville, 10-0. This season, they made it their mission to play for that trophy, and complete their “revenge tour.”

In their first state title game, the Centerville Tigers (29-6-1) got the job done dominating New Home, 6-1.
“Like people people say, you know, all you hear is a tree fall. You never hear it grow and we’ve been growing for a while,” said Head Coach Demond Denman. “Now I’m glad that everybody else has been able to see us.”
