A man was seen draping what appears to be a homemade cloth-like banner painted with the numbers “8647” above I-65 in Nashville, a photo posted by Tennessee U.S. Representative Andy Ogles (R-TN-05) shows.

The photo shows an older man wearing dark sunglasses and a tie dye t-shirt draping the banner over the Chestnut Street overpass over the I-65 northbound lanes at mile marker 82.

The numbers “86” and “47” together have been used as a cryptic message by the political left to express opposition to President Donald Trump, with some interpreting the numbers as a call for a “hit” on Trump, as “86” is a slang term known to mean “to get rid of” and Trump is the 47th U.S. president.
