SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- For the first two years that the state softball tournament took place, all three classes played in the same location. But this year, Classes A and B are still in Aberdeen, while AA is playing in Sioux Falls.
"We were all in one spot and just getting our feet under us and making sure we got the state tournament running as we wanted to do it and work out the kinks. So then as we continued working through that, our selection committee and softball committee started looking at other facilities that had a stadium seat setting," said Dan Swartos, executive director of the South Dakota High School Activities Association.
