FALLBROOK, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — A teenager was wounded in a stabbing early Thursday morning at a house party in Fallbrook, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.

The incident occurred around 2 a.m. at a home in the 1700 block of Calmin Drive. When deputies arrived on scene, a 16-year-old boy was found with non-life-threatening stab wounds, per the sheriff's department. He was then transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

As they began their on-scene investigation, deputies observed a vehicle leaving the scene at a high rate of speed. The sheriff's department says it was later found in the 1600 block of E Mission Road, where it had collided with a building.
