Leander police are investigating a series of incidents where police say juveniles allegedly threw frozen water bottles at vehicles, damaging multiple car windshields and injuring two people.
The incidents - more than a dozen of them - occurred on May 29 and 30 near San Gabriel Parkway and 270, as well as near North Bagdad Road.
Joshua Haws, one of the victims, recounted his experience, saying he was driving on Bagdad Road when a car driving in the opposite direction flashed its lights at him.
"I looked down at my dash to just to confirm if my high beams were left on and next thing I know I'm hearing a loud bang and couldn't see out my windshield," he said. "It spidered the whole driver's side and it started going into the passenger side part of the windshield."
While Haws was not injur
