Mark and Debbie Bell were named The Salvation Army of El Paso ’s 2025 volunteers of the year for the second consecutive year. Since 2023, the couple has volunteered more than 400 hours, regularly leading Bible studies and helping with holiday meals, the Angel Tree gift drive and the Red Kettle Campaign. They were recognized at the Lone Star Gala for their hands-on support of the organization.
