WENATCHEE, Wash. — The mother of the three sisters who are suspected of being killed by their father, Travis Decker , is calling for reform as new leads are uncovered in his manhunt.
Wenatchee Police Department announced they have gathered new information, providing more leads to pursue after executing search warrants in the area and on electronic devices belonging to Travis Decker.
The victims' family provided new insight into Decker's emotional struggles and other challenges that may have led to the tragedy.
The attorney for the girls' mother, Arianna Cozart, said the family believes the tragedy could have been prevented with more assistance from police and veterans' services. Cozart represented Whitney Decker during her custody case for her daughters: Paityn, Evelyn, and Olivia.
