CORBIN — Cody Philpot’s team weathered the storm during regular season play, and seems to be playing its best baseball entering Friday’s KHSAA State Baseball Tournament matchup with Pleasure Ridge Park.

The Redhounds are winners of three straight and possess a 20-17 record, but enter their first round game against the Panthers as underdogs.
