STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (PIX11) – Several people who purchased Nintendo Switch 2 consoles from a Staten Island GameStop on Thursday reportedly received them with punctured screens, according to customers and social media posts.

The incident was first reported on Reddit by a user who said they went to the midnight release of the Nintendo Switch 2, which was released on June 5, at the Forest Avenue GameStop store.
