California’s second annual Adopt-a-pet-Day, with adoption fees waived at over 150 participating shelters, is set for Saturday.
With the help of grants provided by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, participating organizations are able to provide fee-free adoptions for those seeking a new critter for their loving home.
