Nebraska golfer Eden Lohrbach came from behind to win the 2025 Nebraska Women's Amateur title over Wahoo's Brooke Thiele on Thursday at Beatrice Country Club.

Lohrbach was tied for third entering the final round and five shots back, but carded a final-round score of 69 for a three-day total of 220 strokes, one better than Thiele.

A sophomore from Ames, Iowa, Lohrbach racked up six birdies in her final round. She picked up three in four holes on the front nine before getting two on hole Nos. 16 and 17 before a par on 18 to seal the win.

Thiele made a run with birdies on her last two holes, but it proved too late.

Last year's champion, Katie Ruge from Omaha, shot a 78 on Thursday after leading after the first two rounds. She finished four shots off Lohrbach.
