"They're their own billboards, so they garner a lot of attention," Bible said. "We get a lot of people just stopping like they're exotic animals, taking pictures and things."

Bible is the owner of K-Bible's Guided Trail Rides, a family-run business that offers horseback tours throughout Waco. While some cities have walking tours or guided bike rides, Bible decided to think bigger — because this is Texas, after all.
