Sodexo Live, the global hospitality company that has provided food and beverage services at Caesars Superdome and the Smoothie King Center for decades, is being replaced by a new vendor beginning next month.

The Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District, which oversees the two facilities on behalf of the state, confirmed Thursday that it has notified Sodexo that its contract is not being renewed.

The company will be replaced by Legends, the hospitality arm of ASM Global, which manages the two facilities for the LSED, the statement said.

"We remain committed to delivering an excellent experience at the LSED facilities to our fans, and we believe Legends will maintain and enhance that commitment going forward," LSED Board Chair Rob Vosbein said in a written statement.
