KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A Knoxville nonprofit will host a brand-new event geared toward educating fathers on maternal health care.

Gennisi Birth Services will host Dads for Moms on Saturday at the Change Center. The debut event, open to all ages, is designed to educate men on how to support pregnant mothers while also encouraging them to prioritize their well-being.

In hosting the event, organizers said they also hope to foster community amongst fathers looing to understand how to support the mothers in their lives.
