ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Trooper Logan Pingley turned himself in on Wednesday night and was released on bond. The case stems from an incident on November 8, when the woman, who has asked to remain anonymous, returned to her home and found two alarming messages taped to her front door.
“One of them said, ‘You’re not safe anywhere.’ And the other said, ‘F*** around and find out,’” said Jeff Fogel, the alleged victim's attorney.
