A North Adams man was found guilty of raping a 3-year-old child in Berkshire County Superior Court on Wednesday, according to the Berkshire County District Attorney’s Office.

A jury convicted 29-year-old Austin Miller-Robinson of aggravated rape of a child by force and rape and abuse of a child aggravated by age difference, the district attorney’s office said in a press release.

Miller-Robinson assaulted the child on July 4, 2019, the district attorney’s office said. He was 23 years old at the time.
