ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- An Albemarle County judge granted Josh Fitzpatrick bond on a long list of conditions including no internet access, no contact with one of the alleged victims and having to reside at his mother’s home in Ohio.

The former 29News meteorologist is currently facing one felony charge of sexual extortion, and three misdemeanor charges, two being dissemination of materials, and one filming without consent.
