“Slumlord Millionaire” is a documentary that follows a group of renters and activists in the city who say landlords and developers are forcing them out of their homes and gentrifying their neighborhoods.

The film makes its theatrical premiere tomorrow at DCTV’s Firehouse Theater in Chinatown.

It explores the housing and affordability crisis that has gripped the city for years — an issue that is on the minds of voters ahead of this month’s Democratic primary for mayor.

Ellen Martinez and Steph Ching, co-directors for the film, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Thursday to discuss more.
