The Los Angeles Sparks have not had the best of starts to the new season. They are currently 2-6 and seem destined for another lottery-bound campaign if they don't get their act together soon.

The Sparks are in the midst of a three-game losing streak as well. They are hoping to put an end to this poor run on Friday when they return to action against a 1-7 Dallas Sparks side, who won't have the services of No. 1 overall pick Paige Bueckers in Friday's game due to a concussion.

L.A., however, got some good news on the injury front ahead of their road game in Dallas on Friday. This comes in the form of second-year forward Rickea Jackson returning to action after a two-game absence.
