RIVERTON, Utah (KUTV) — A video shows how a shooting went down in a Riverton neighborhood.
The Riverton Police Department said a 16-year-old boy shot his 35-year-old uncle during an argument. 2News obtained video of the shooting from neighbors who live nearby.
The neighbors said they are uneasy knowing that a teenager was shooting a gun just doors down from their homes.
"I heard a big loud bang and thought somebody beat up my door, so I came upstairs and he was lying on the sidewalk," said K.C. Elison, who lives across the street.
Cody Demas, who lives two doors down, said he never thought something like this would happen in his neighborhood.
"No. Not even a thought that crossed my mind," he said.
