A survivalist from Washington state has been evading authorities for nearly a week following the discovery of his deceased daughters at a Chelan County campground on Monday. The three girls were found with plastic bags covering their heads and their wrists bound. Travis Caleb Decker, 32, who did not have custody of the children, is the leading suspect.
